Hi, I'm Pratham Bhilare

šŸ“Œ Project Management • Technology Strategy • Operations Optimization

I’m a graduate student in Management of Technology at ASU with a background in Mechanical Engineering. My work spans project management, data analysis, process optimization, and technology strategy, supported by hands-on industry experience at Tata Power and multidisciplinary academic projects.

I focus on designing systems and solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and align technology with business goals. From ERP strategy and AI-powered optimization to VR usability studies and customer portal development, I enjoy turning complex problems into structured, actionable outcomes.

I believe impactful solutions are built at the intersection of clarity, functionality, and thoughtful execution.

✨ About Me

I’m a systems thinker with an engineering foundation and a passion for improving how people, processes, and technology work together. My journey began in Mechanical Engineering, evolved through hands-on roles in operations and process optimization, and has led me to pursue my Master’s in Management of Technology at Arizona State University. Today, I focus on solving complex problems through structured analysis, strategic planning, and human-centered execution.

I’m driven by the challenge of creating solutions that are efficient, scalable, and grounded in real-world needs—whether it’s optimizing a warehouse location using AI, analyzing the global ERP landscape, improving VR usability, developing a customer portal, or streamlining power plant operations. My work blends technical rigor with strategic insight, supported by experience in data analysis, project management, system design, and process improvement.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge engineering and management. I’m as comfortable conducting statistical analysis or optimizing workflows as I am evaluating industry strategy, coordinating team efforts, or producing detailed project documentation. I enjoy environments where I can break down ambiguity, structure a solution, and guide it toward measurable impact.

Beyond academics and projects, I value collaboration, curiosity, and resilience—qualities I’ve strengthened across team-based projects, leadership roles, and hands-on industry experiences. And when I’m not analyzing systems or designing better workflows, you’ll likely find me staying active, exploring new technologies, or learning something that challenges my perspective.
